By using WeVoi you agree to these terms, our competition rules, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or submit a round.
Using WeVoi
WeVoi is a global speaking platform for young people aged 6–18 and the adults who support them. You must provide accurate registration details, treat others with respect, and follow round rules. We may suspend accounts that harm participants, judges, or the programme.
Parents and children
Students under 16 need parent or guardian permission. Parents are responsible for supervising younger speakers, including videos uploaded to YouTube. See Safeguarding.
Payments and refunds
Fees for rounds, Forum tickets and vouchers are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund policies are published per round. Chargebacks for completed judging may be refused except where consumer law requires otherwise.
Your content
You (or a parent/guardian) keep ownership of speeches. You grant WeVoi a licence to display submissions for judging, results and programme highlights. Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, or that exposes another child’s personal data without permission.
Privacy
How we process personal data worldwide is explained in the Privacy Policy. You can exercise GDPR, KVKK, CCPA and other rights via Your data rights. Cookie choices are managed in Cookies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under GDPR, KVKK or similar laws.
